Even more effective local government communication

In October 2022, together with the Artistic Agency GAP, we held the 1st edition of the Local Government Congress Local Some 2022, which was dedicated to effective local government communication. This two-day event allowed both us and its participants to expand their knowledge and to engage in a number of incredibly inspiring discussions. Among other things, our team was responsible for the technical production of the event, the setting of the conference rooms and foyer, the design and production of branding, and the preparation of welcome packs for congress participants.

Opening our eyes to the economy

As it happens every year, the Open Eyes Economy Summit, one of the largest economic congresses in this part of the world, took place at the end of November 2022. The RESTart Event team had the uncanny pleasure of supporting the Gap Foundation, the host of this event, in operating the online platform and comprehensively managing the event. This year’s edition featured lectures and panel discussions taking place simultaneously in as many as 7 rooms, but we did everything to ensure that each of the meetings went off smoothly!

Important projects at the highest level

In February 2023, through our partnership with the Copernican Academy, we held the Copernican World Congress with the participation of 5 Nobel Laureates, ensuring direction, coordination in 4 locations, support for 1,000 guests, stage design, branding and technical support.

Not only on Earth, but also up in the skies

At the end of May 2023, we had the opportunity to cooperate with the Airborne Military Academy to host the Airborne Picnic, which was held at a working military site. The event was quite a challenge for us, but also a great honour. Some of the tasks our team handled included preparing the technical scenario for the event, preparing and submitting full documentation for the mass event, providing branding for the space, stage construction, sound and lighting, as well as coordination and a security plan.

Trade fair and integration, i.e. pleasant with useful

At the beginning of June 2023, we supported Cer Motor in creating an extremely interesting event that combined both a trade fair and an integration event. Although the idea was non-standard, we took on this difficult task with pleasure and commitment. Thanks to our cooperation, 12 market stands were created, a meeting with Krzysztof Holowczyc took place, an evening banquet, a knowledge quiz about Cer Motor and a concert by the Bibobit band were organised, and the whole event was concluded with a rally of Fiat 126p cars.

The Copernican Awards Ceremony

One of our long-term partners is the Copernican Academy, with which we held the first ever Copernican Awards Ceremony in June 2023. This event was extremely important for the Polish science, so we knew we had to rise to the challenge. The RESTart Event team was responsible for managing the event, carrying out the online broadcast, stage design, visuals and music, as well as providing simultaneous interpretation.

Krakow tennis tournament

It is also important for us to support all significant events, which is why we commit to help organise any event, regardless of its scale or theme. In 2023, we collaborated with the Krakow Olsza Tennis Club and jointly organised the National Tennis Day. Our team was responsible for the technical aspects of the event, such as the sound system and the preparation of the relevant branding.

Knowledge is the key

In September 2023, together with the Copernicus Academy, we held a three-day scientific conference in Lublin. Our team was responsible for multiple constituents of the event, including directing it, creating the branding, planning and implementing the stage design and ensuring online streaming. The Copernican Academy has become our regular partner, which for our team is the ultimate proof of a truly successful collaboration and client satisfaction with the work we do.

The Interplanetary Earth Observation Forum

In 2023, together with the Polish Space Agency, we held the Earth Observation Forum, which took place at the Polish Aviation Museum in Krakow. Due to our collective efforts, the event proceeded extremely smoothly not only on air, but also online. Considering the subject matter of the event, we have arranged a memorable scenography, which referred both to the speeches of the speakers and the area of activities of the organiser itself.

Local Some 2023, or local government on the internet

In November 2023, for the second time, we had the great pleasure to support the GAP Artistic Agency in the production of the 2nd Local Government Internet and Social Media Congress Local Some. Among other things, our team was responsible for directing the event, preparing the concept of scenography, branding the space, preparing the scripts and supervising the course of the programme for as many as 5 halls and coordinating the technical service.
